HVAC Air Duct Cleaning Robot Systems

Our HVAC Air Duct Cleaning Robot Systems technology is an innovative high pressure air and brush cleaning robot for inspection and cleaning of HVAC systems. This is state-of-the-art air duct cleaning technology, including robots to clean the areas that are not otherwise accessible. Robots are perfect for the sections of ductwork that cannot be accessed for different reasons.

How We Do It!

There is no commercial or industrial building that we cannot handle!

We will work with you to develop a commercial air duct cleaning service that is tailored to fit your facility needs. Our commercial air duct and vent cleaning procedures include: clean and decontaminate all duct-work and components including but not limited to vav boxes, re-heat coils, supply vents and diffusers, return grills, turning vanes, baffles, fan housing, fan blades, coils, filters, plenums, louvers, and more.

AIR HANDLER UNIT CLEANING

To clean air handler units we use mechanical agitation methods and contact vacuuming, combined with the HEPA filtered high velocity vacuum to extract particulate matter from the interior surfaces, debris removed during cleaning are collected and precautions must be taken to ensure that Debris is not otherwise dispersed through or outside the HVAC system during the cleaning process. All cleaning methods  employed to comply with applicable NADCA standards.

Commercial coil  cleaning

Coil cleaning method  used to render the coil visibility clean and capable of passing coil cleaning verification as per NADCA ACR Standards. Often coil  with all the moisture around, it can become a breeding ground for bacteria and mold,  commercial HVAC systems need to be cleaned at minimum once per year. Dirty coils can lead to: Increased operating temperatures, decreased cooling efficiency, increased cooling costs, increase need for repairs or replacement.

Overall, the benefits of clean coils include energy savings, maximum heat/cool transfer, system longevity and improved air quality.

Commercial dryer vent cleaning

Commercial dryers vents need great care and maintenance through professional commercial dryer vent cleaning services provider, the reason is because they dry many clothes every day.

There are many fire cases reported to have been caused by commercial dryers vents, this is because when these machines stop working efficiently, they begin to overheat and the lint that comes from drying the clothes is very flammable. A combination of lint and the overheating of the machine can lead to a fire break out.

Exhaust  Air Ventilation System Cleaning

According to the National Center for Healthy Housing (NCHH) central ventilation systems are the most common type of ventilation systems used in mid- to high-rise multi-family buildings constructed after the 1960s. “If there is a farm of “mushroom” fans on the roof and these roof exhaust fans are connected to grills in individual apartments or floors via vertical shafts/ ducts” then you have central ventilation systems.

These exhaust shafts are typically constructed of sheet metal ductwork, gypsum board, or even masonry. Exhaust grills are usually located in bathrooms and/or kitchens. Common areas and corridors may also have exhaust grills at each floor connected to a central roof fan. The problem is that overtime these ventilation systems become overloaded and filled with allergens, mold, dust, and other pollutants. And sometimes we find that the duct work is not sealed or there are gaps and cracks in the ventilation system. Other times, it is simply a matter of age and time between cleaning. In fact, it is not uncommon for us to service a mid-rise or high-rise building that has never had a ventilation system cleaning.

HVAC Liner Resurfacing

Overtime, internal duct insulation or liner will deteriorate allowing the loose fiberglass fibers to enter into the air stream. Resurface coating is applied to form a preventative surfacing material to seal and reinforcing the surface of new or aged duct liner insulation materials. Resurfacing is utilized to prevent fiberglass particulates from escaping into occupied spaces and also guards against the growth and spread of odor often cause by microbial growth.

Over the years, air handler condensate pans will corrode, Restoration will stop the rusting and damage of a drain pan and extend their life. Pancrete increases structural integrity of drain pans, while sealing existing leaks permanently. Pancrete also refurbishes corroded HVAC condensate pans. Compliant with NFPA 90A, pancrete water repellent surface and uniform leveling prevent water buildup in HVAC condensate pans. It also prevents further corrosion on HVAC surfaces including condensate pans, interior and exterior side-walls, structural members, fan blower enclosures, inlet and outlet plenums, corroded chilled water piping, and other HVAC system components such as the interior and exterior of ducts.
